In other weather news, the rainfall potential looks impressive for the early week period- maybe 2" in some spots. Also, Tuesday looks pretty toasty with temps perhaps well into the 60s. THEN comes our snow (fail) opportunity, where only a 30 degree drop in temps plus perfect timing with any impulses moving along the front is all that's required.

Yes. I’d lock this baby up. Can’t see what could possibly go wrong. :raining:

But we're heading toward a full moon this week, and it will be at a high angle.  Things to consider.  The thick cloud cover might help though. :P

That moon angle is high this time of year. Use of moon screen is highly recommended by dermatologists.

Anybody else love the serenity of the ~20 minutes or so as a model run is coming out and nobody says anything? Everybody who's around is too busy looking at the outputs and all is calm on here.

 I know what you mean.

Unrelated, but what’s wrong with a fair catch??

eta: I guess maybe the wind is playing too much with the punts.

Was up just north of Thurmont for a wedding on Mt St Mary’s campus and was surprised how cold it was.

Whats the elevation? Left there about 7pm and it was 28 and when got to Laurel it was 36. Quite a difference.

I think the campus is at about 600’ asl.
