wxeyeNH
Snow just coming into Boston now per the Charles River webcam. Pretty amazing that days ago the models could give us accurate start time within an hour or so

I mean, it obviously doesn’t change the amount of snow we’ll get, I’m just curious Advisory is simply 3" in 12 hours. So the thinking would be no 12 hour period sees more than 3" for you. Personally, I would argue that 6" drawn out over 24+ hours will be impactful enough to warrant one.

Right where the highest U-wind anomalies are. Didn't the 3km NAM have like 1 inch of WAA snow for Ray yesterday?
Damage In Tolland
The NAM has just been horrific on this. Why is it even being discussed? It’s warm bias on this was terrible lol. It’s dryslot lol

Chrisrotary12
My final call. One of the lower confidence forecasts I've made. High bust potential in either direction I feel. I couldn't talk myself into what the upper range might be.

Snowcrazed71
So... Gil Simmons.. A Met on WTNH in CT just did a live feed on FB. He said only to expect and inch or two tonight....and that most will get above freezing tomorrow during the day ( he said not to bank on closed schools ). He also say that round 2 tomorrow night might bring us 1-3 at the most. I think he is using the 3k NAM ( which he showed ). He seemed very confident that this will be the outcome.so, im guessing these snow maps from the Euro and HRRR aren't accurate. Well...at least we are getting the ground covered. :-)
