Euro is a heartbreaker for the 95 corridor with rain next week.

Not sure what the Euro shows but the WPC has this .

Seems the trend the last 5 months has been for NE PA and NW NJ ( and the upper NE ) to get most of the good rains.

That map makes me very sad.

That, is unbelievable. if south central Texas hits 97 in October, it is only 12 degrees above normal.

But if DC hits 97 on Oct 2, its downright hellish!

You are getting it all out of the way now, to set up for one of the frigidest Washington Winters in living history! Its also gonna be filled with snow!

Am I reading this right? BWI 98.  If so that broke the all time record for October.

October 2, 2019 is in the record books for the hottest October maximum in DC, Baltimore, and Dulles.  The respective maximums today were 98, 98, and 96. The previous record for DC and Baltimore was set on October 5, 1941, with respective maximums of 96 and 97.  The previous record for Dulles was set October 9, 2007, at 94.

Welp, shattered the daily and set a new monthly record high temp here yesterday with a 90.4 degree reading! Old daily was 85 degrees from 2002, monthly was 90.1 from 10/9/2007. One more horrible day then fall MAYBE decides to stick around a while. Only second time I've recorded a 90+ in October, today may be the third!!! Nuts! Records go back to 1980.
