The overnight lows are currently running 20-25 degrees above average. Nashville tied the record today for most 90+ degree days in a year- 96 so far. We have a couple more days to go of 90+ temps. 2019 will set the record for most 90+ degree days ever recorded. Today an all time record high was set for Oct1, and the entire month of October ever recorded with 98 degrees.

Drought conditions are quite noticeable, the smaller tributary streams are running low. I'm not even kidding when i say the ground is so dried out and baked it is cracking and pulling apart. It looks like fault lines.

Seems to be a change coming in 2 days. High temps forecasted to drop almost 30 degrees. I have seen upper 40s for lows forecasted and 2 days of rain showers in the forecast. Will be a welcome relief.

Perhaps Kevin and Dr. Dew's can relocate to there.  Let them live the life they pretend exists up here.
