FlatLander48
HRRR even brings in a band around 10pm tonight for the northern counties that drops roughly half an inch or so, that could be interesting.
franklin NCwx
Just a little over 3 inches with moderate snow. Can't get any of the big flakes like they have in GA. Maybe we can hit 4 before this winds down.

Buckethead
Right at an inch so far. Moderate rates and tiny, tiny dendrites. 20.7/
AirNelson39
Extremely fine snow, we’ll be lucky to get a dusting at this rate. Bad when Clemson has a bigger snowstorm than Boone has all winter and it’s nearly the middle of February.

Blue_Ridge_Escarpment
Usually being north of 40 is a good thing for us here, today, not so much.

Tyler Penland
looks like the northern shield is getting a bit more robust. Hoping the line to the west can stay intact, that's where the heavier rates are.Hrrr for the win perhaps?

Tyler Penland
except this run cut totals in half. So idkThat's about where it was when I saw the runs last night. That 13z was the most it showed I think. Just happened to get up as that run was coming out.
Blue_Ridge_Escarpment
I can see how those south cashed in. Not very impressive on radar but putting it down pretty good. Two snows in 7 days, I’ll take it.

Buckethead
Over 1.5" now and it's absolutely dumping right now. 4-5" total on the roads here. Lots of ski tourists staying here without 4wd and trying to drive around...you can imagine how that's going. It took 45 minutes just to check the mail 1.5 miles away. May have spoke too soon about the flakes not being as big as Friday. To see any flakes fly from this system is a bonus up this way.

Tyler Penland
My dad got 6" in Cleveland, GA today. That's a bigger snow than I've had since our 18 back 2 Decembers ago. Actually I'm fairly sure that's more than I've seen total since then, since I'm sitting on about 15 T's this season. *sigh* 2
Met1985
Ended up with about 1.5 inches here. Further toward Balsam really got it good. A nice wintery ass appeal for the day.
