Just full on pre-frontal torch across SE half of New England. The timing of that should have huge implications in the max temp forecasts. We all bake on Sunday for sure though. Euro is definitely slower. My guess is we all summer for Sunday and Monday. Warm again later in the week, but we likely will be backdoored it seems. Overall the theme is mild-warm and also dry. Tuesday looks rather chilly and raw for the mtns.

alex
32 to 74 here. 42 degree delta. My corn was ALMOST ready to harvest but it's fried to a crisp. Dammit. Can't grow anything up here. And I started it in a greenhouse so it could go into the ground as soon as the weather allowed in the spring.

Typhoon Tip
If the EPS is right we shatter records... tough call - the Euro operational has been flip-flopping between a look more like the EPS's last steadfast three cycle inferno vs more what has been taking place all summer with that abutting shunt from the NE, which isn't therefore easily dismissible

powderfreak
BDL with a 43-degree diurnal range today. That's pretty impressive. 38F to 81F.... that's true Chamber of Commerce weather right there. Gotta love the wide ranges this time of year though. My favorite has been watching the evening temp drop when the shadows creep in as the sun goes behind the mountains. This evening we lost 12 degrees in 1 hour, from 71F to 59F with the sunset.
