Hurricane Agnes
Made it up to 88 here today after a low of 68 this morning. Had much more cloud cover today than previous days. The humidity/dp did start dropping after 3:30 pm though so it's not bad out. Currently 84 and mostly cloudy.

Rtd208
It has been pretty dry and uneventful here the last 30 days or so. Eventually the pendulum is going to swing the other way and when it does it will hopefully take us through the rest of the fall and winter months. Saying things like, "and it's going to warm back up again"..."Summer keeps hanging on"...."Fall will be put on hold a bit longer". And they say it w/a happy tone to their voice....uggghh. Probably best to tune out TV weather for a couple more weeks till Fall truly kicks in... 51F

ChasingFlakes
I actually did get down to Manasquan Inlet, NJ on saturday morning. I paddled out at 6:10am (30 mins before sunrise) and was greeted with warm water and big hollow barrels. Swell was variable with the largest sets around 6-8ft @ 13-15 seconds early in the morning with an average swell size closer to 5ft throughout the day. Really fun surf, hard to position yourself and easy to get caught inside with the variable swell size and direction. Also some big closeouts due to the long period, but really awesome surf overall. Hurricane Agnes
Was a little chillier here this morning than expected (58) but made it up to 82 before the front started coming through. Managed to eek out 0.05" of rain from the band that blew through here. Temp is currently down to 67, with the sky is clearing, and partly sunny. Never could have imagined 20 years ago about having to deal with these abominations of nature. They somehow know to come inside this time of year, even on hot days and warm nights they KNOW cold is coming soon and where to find a winter house retreat. What the frack did they do before houses?
JTA66
Got down to 69F overnight--I'll take the moral victory of not having a min of 70F+ in October. Welp, if it's gonna be warm today, may as well go for some records

Yesterday had an 81/63 high/low but managed to hit 90 here before noon today (after a 69 low and steamed-up windows). Didn't expect to hit 90 after missing it the last couple times it was forecast.
