kgottwald
Tired of bringing my umbrella every day because the NWS predicts heavy storms, only to feel like a fool when it's sunny all day.

AfewUniversesBelowNormal
Good point about the rain, what should we do about a large scale nation/world wide drought?

osfan24
That storm is just a bit northeast of me and looks really nasty. Has already dumped a good amount of rain in spots and looks like a lot of lightning and there has to be some pretty big hail in it.
NorthArlington101
Outflow boundary going to cross over the Beltway, perhaps it’ll allow a storm to fire up.

That was a heck of a storm. I caught the very western edge of that cluster and picked up a half inch in 10 mins. A mile west/sw of here it barely rained at all. dailylurker
One heck of a flood event going on in central va this morning. I'm expecting nothing here but clouds and more dryness.
BlizzardNole
I have family in northern Calvert – they got a nice thunderstorm Wednesday that was moving north, and a nice one yesterday that was moving south. Now they’re getting that big slug of rain. I just went out and heavily watered my parched gardens. I don’t expect to see a drop here.
