I feel like we don’t see dew fronts like this very often... boring but interesting.

MHT went from a Td of 60F to 40F this afternoon.

ASH did a humid 66F at 3pm to 48F this evening.

S.VT has dews of 63F near Mitch, and then a 41F dew 15 miles north.

It's an interesting dichot ...

We seem to be teetering between hotter than normal summer ( enter reason here...) and a -AO persistence. The latter is/should promote a shot before the shot across the bow at some point over the next three weeks but the former may flip matters unusually far in the other direction.

Big swings.

Seems like this current mild shot will be cooler than the mild down coming end of week. Crazy how this one ended up the stronger of the 2.

Seems like your HHH week has now shrunk like being in a cold pool. Surrounded by men in suits on both sides.

I'm jealous. Hope there's not too many jellyfish!

I've only seen one this summer. It's been great for my peace of mind when swimming, that's for sure. As a kid there were summers where the jellies were so thick one could barely hazard entering the water. We used to impale them with sticks on the shore and put them on rocks to bake.
