ChescoWx
Hello all some great stats from the NWS Coop sites and KMQS (NWS/FAA) data sets. Some key findings from this analysis of the last 13 decades and 126 years (note: this decade has a few months to go) - Average Temperatures have remained steady over the last 13 decades in Chester County PA - High Temperatures have fallen over the last 13 decades with the rate of decline greatest over the last 3 decades (I believe this is potentially due to elevation change post 1983) - Low Temperatures have risen over the last 13 decades with the rate of increase greatest over the last 3 decades (again I believe this is potentially due to elevation changes post '83) - The warmest average high temperatures occurred during the 1890's and the 1st 2 decades of the 20th century in 1900's and 1910's - The coldest average low temperatures occurred during the 1960's / 1970's and 1980's - The overall warmest decade is our current decade with the top 3 being 2010's/1910's and 2000's
