Not sure if we'll see widespread enough large hail or damaging wind reports but I would think there should be a quite a bit of small hail and gusty winds. Just wish we had a bit more sfc heating. w1pf Posted June 30, 2019 Share Posted June 30, 2019 Was out in the car on Rt. 9 in Amherst about 1:30... woah! what a downpour.. lots of pea-size hail, some nickel size or larger. I think I got a dent in my hood from one of the larger chunks. Going up the hill from amherst media to the train overpass, there was a good 3-4in of water flowing down the hill..
