Sunday, June 16, 2019 Severe Weather Potential

Differences between the Euro and GFS, however, the synoptic pattern would be one which favors the potential for severe weather and significant severe weather across the Northeast; including New England Sunday. An unseasonably strong shortwave/jet push into the region and the synoptic look favors the potential for EML ejection into the Northeast. South of the warm front it will become quite unstable. Something to watch over the next several days.

Still quite the interesting signal for the Sunday/Monday time frame.

Heck...next week looks extremely interesting too...perhaps moreso to the west but good signal for multiple MCS's. If a stronger jet can be established (which could happen depending on s/w strength) there could be quite a significant severe wx event into the OV and maybe into our area.

Given current model depiction of early next week. I agree that it does look like multiple MCS could roll on through.
