Tornado #3 for the day I believe.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 PM CDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN HUTCHINSON COUNTY...
    
At 448 PM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located 2 miles northeast of 
Borger, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Damaging tornado and golf ball size hail.

SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
Borger.

Tornado #4...

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 515 PM CDT FOR NORTH
CENTRAL PECOS COUNTY...        Radar At 448 PM CDT, DPS has 
confirmed tornado touched down along with baseball size hail was 
located 14 miles north of Fort Stockton on SH18.  This storm was 
moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Damaging tornado and baseball size hail.

SOURCE...Law Enforcement confirmed tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
Imperial.

Storm north of Plainview:

CENTRAL CASTRO AND NORTHWESTERN SWISHER COUNTIES...
    
At 514 PM CDT, a confirmed large and extremely dangerous tornado was 
located 4 miles west of Tulia, moving north at 25 mph. A large multi-
vortex tornado has been confirmed by spotters southwest of Tulia. 

This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!

HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed tornado.

IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris may 
         be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes 
         will be destroyed. Considerable damage to homes, 
         businesses, and vehicles is likely and complete destruction 
         is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Tulia and Happy.

I think that was still in the clear air... so no TDS b/c TVS and TDS weren't overlapping.

Jeff is saying that vehicles were ran over by the tornado as it crossed the interstate. Sheriff said “major damage” there. 
PDS warning out on that one.

This supercell currently over Donley Co. TX has had an impressive life cycle. Multiple tornadoes since initiation, and traveled over 110 miles (approx. 115 miles from central Hockley Co., west of Lubbock to current location).

It had a few really impressive velocity scans as it passed near or over Howardwick TX just now. Hopefully there was nothing on the ground.
