If we can get some signals of an EML in here this could become exciting...especially with how strong the jet has been

Mesoscale features will determine the tornado potential but I would expected numerous convective lines with very large hail and destructive wind gusts. Flooding probably an issue too.

Models trended the wrong way in the final 24 hours or so. The sfc low shunted east while the ULL was way back NW in the adirondacks...we wanted a tighter system with a longer period of deeper lift. Still impresive for mid May though even as is. Looks like ORH prob had some mixing as they reported UP overnight at 36F.

powderfreak
Driving up Mtn Road, like 1 out of every 5 cars had some white on them haha. First found snow accumulations on grass near the Toll Road base (as is often the case) at 1,200-1,300ft and maybe a half inch at 1,500ft. I drove to 1,800ft on Spruce and found about 1.5". Big snow gradient on the trees around 2,000ft. Just plastered white above that level. No golf today.
powderfreak
Killington got crushed. They had the best combo of QPF/lift and elevation.
Baroclinic Zone
It's been raining, a lot lately. And I can't express how pissed I am that I can no longer get any access to historical data for KTAN. I love to see daily's and monthlies, but those pages don't want to load anymore. It pushes the page to KEWB.
