Disturbing. lol. But it all depends if it is full leaf out or not. We are not full here (maybe 85%) so I should be safe if the snows decide to invade my area like the plague of locusts set upon Egypt as told in stories of yore. It does have a nice slice of 0- -2c 925’s in CT in case precip bumpity bumps up north. snowy week for Tolland incoming with 2 chances ?
STILL N OF PIKE
This Tuesday system needs a little help. Maybe if the southern piece is slower it could help a earlier phase and closing off of 7H low near Long Island instead of Ptown

powderfreak
Even a month ago that's a much different outcome. What a track and mid-levels are near perfect for SNE into eastern NNE. Blows its load in the perfect spot for SNE if it were winter. Those 925mb temps mean that's ripping snow at 2-3,000 feet off the deck. Planes approaching Logan through a blizzard aloft, lol. 1

Disturbing. Only deciduous trees on my woodlot that are even partially leafed out are aspen, and I wouldn't mind them getting thinned out to benefit the maples and oaks. Won't happen, though - my place is 1500'+ too low.
