WinterWolf
There's been nothing summer-like about any of the weather this spring so far. Some very nice days in the 70's, but no summer weather period. Spring yes, summer not even close. Now we all have our own interpretation of what summer is, but I think most outside of two people here, would say there's been no summer weather at all yet. As stated earlier..not even one 80 degree day yet in SNE. And there's no uproar Dew man...just plain talk about spring weather.

HoarfrostHubb
Yesterday's "summer" wound up with a +3 at ORH... I thought it would be higher than that The 42F low was the culprit The 62/43 the previous day was typical

weatherwiz
This is classic spring weather...chilly nights followed by (warm/mild/pleasant/seasonable...whatever term you want to use). Summer doesn't have very large diurnal-to-nocturnal and vice versa swings in temps (at least in our region)...spring (and fall) do.
powderfreak
50/27 at 2pm in the valley at MVL. Impressive to get full sun and struggle to 50F this time of year. It feels chilly with NW winds up to 20mph... sort of has that October air mass feel with sunshine but a bite.

Today will come in about 5° BN, but with full sun even the breeze is tolerable. As for 70s, not yet - Monday's 67 is my mildest since Oct. 10.

Sugarloaf1989
My oaks are finally sending out leaves. My Red Maple is still mostly bare. It looks odd though, some branches have leaves and some are bare. Uneven growth maybe affected by the freeze last week.

Finally I can breathe and no more mold allergies! Low humidity, clear skies and NO RAIN! When we finally get weather control I hope whomever controls it makes it like this EVERY DAY! And banishes -NAO/-AO patterns from warm season weather forever! My garden loves it too- if it needs water, I have a hose (or two) for that! If it never rains again until next fall I wont miss it one bit, this is PERFECT WEATHER!

That is actually quite a bit ahead of mine. Those must have hatched earlier. When you say tons.. are they all over everything . Or do you just see one here and there? For mass damage you need them swarming all over everything. Mine started moving today off the nests. But I don’t think there’s enough here this year. The fungus did a number on them last June. We pray though. 1
