weatherwiz
This signal has been there off and on over the past week and is (obviously) tied to the placement of the warm sector, but there are increasing signals we could see at least isolated thunderstorms develop during the day. The presence of fairly steep lapse rates and strong wind shear and some decent vorticity moving overhead should be enough to spark off some activity. If stronger convection can materialize small hail and strong wind gusts would be possible. There is a very low, but a bit intriguing opportunity Tuesday afternoon as well. Torch Tiger
Most of storms, if any, should be quite light. At least it is rain and not sleet.

weatherwiz
Well I originally thought perhaps yesterday had a bit better potential, but looks like that will be today...particularly west of the area, but hi-res and CAMS have a line of activity moving thorugh later this afternoon.
