Torch Tiger
I personally take no issue with a damaging, trees through homes, power outij type lashing. But it better be really good...no middle ground. We all can agree on that.

dendrite
Actually at this point you would want the SREFs plowing a few members into W NY.

Torch Tiger
Everything else aside and I haven't seen 15z but 09z SREF is pretty lean west of ORH esp to I-91, even the more amped cluster. I do not see a single member that really cuts at all. With quite a few in the scrape/offshore camp, there still needs to be improvement.

Until one reaches the western mountains or north of MLT, there's nothing much above 1500. And all the year round residents living above 2000' in Maine could probably fit in one of those short school buses, maybe in a minivan.

Typhoon Tip
Furthest from most minds ... no doubt, but that Euro run's standout for me was not the slightly closer pass early Wednesday, it's the rather abrupt turn toward warmth D5 through 9... The 00z wasn't 'cold' per se, no.. .But this run has more panache for being +3 or +4 C at 850 with highs situated far enough E (save Saturday) to allow lest cold contamination/marine/NE plague

Euro was trying to get it onshore but was still kind of a fringe job on the strongest lift it looked like.
