ORH_wxman
I expect the real show to be between about 11pm and 4am for ORH/BOS area. It's gonna really rip during that time but it hauls out. Prob like 2-3 hours of light to moderate snow leading up to it.

weathafella
We snow. I expect Boston to pvd over to Taunton 6-9. 495 belt in MA 8-12. Unfortunately timing means we sleep through a lot of it but I’ll get up 2 hours earlier if need be to catch the show.

weathafella
Incidentally the muthufukkas lose value in March. Models screw up the bl so bad that it’s hard to get them sub freezing at the height of a snow storm...

I'm thinking amounts should increase as you head southeast and decrease as you head northwest. But look for elevation enhancement in the mountains. Too crazy a thought? For someone like me, it is. I’m not in the field of meteorology and I’m not a forecaster. I care mostly about where I live and if anyone asks about there specific location, I’ll try and help them out, if I have the time.

Everyone posts about where they live, it's just how it's been and always will be. The posts that just keep saying "Regionwide 6-10" doesn't really help either, it just sounds forced.
