tiger_deF
Gotta say the models are showing a pretty huge amount of uncertainty this far out. Some is always expected especially with the consistent trending of the season, but in the past 24 hours we've had a huuge swing for this storm from a small scraper into a decent thump and the Monday storm is all over the place. For the QPF queens..... Can someone please explain the continuous snow hole / dry slot that has been showing up on just about every model run for just about every storm this season for SW CT. I’m not exaggerating, my other Fairfield County peeps would vouch for me. I’m honestly curious, it’s obviously more than just coincidence.

ORH_wxman
Ukie 500/sfc....gonna have to wait a bit longer for the QPF queen maps. But I don't really think you need them....this is a big solution for eastern areas at minimum....and prob back into central SNE as well.

ncforecaster89
Been waiting, impatiently, all winter for this type of event. I’m taking all the blame for all the heartache everyone in SNE has had to endure. Didn’t realize until now, that all I had to do was book a non-refundable trip in the opposite direction (heading to the Fl Panhandle) to entice the atmosphere to spur up a big event! My bad!!
