The most telling stat in there, 12.3 inches of snow in 12 separate events. Two events November 15th and January 19th make up the 14.8 remaining. I've gotten skunked on everything but November. A couple of dustings, like yesterday, in December, next to nothing in January and a couple of inches that mixed with sleet super early on in the February storms. This does not include the remaining snow after 7AM. From NOHRSC. Thanks for your value added information. The legend has the amounts. Somewhat tough to discern but an idea. For me, at least through the 06z/28 cycle, I did not anticipate 2-3" nw NJ (bullseye) this morning. Kudos OKX on the mid shift of the 28th picking up on 1-2" NYC. I measured 2 and went back to bed and it was still snowing. After shoveling and everything I remeasured 2 but was hrs after it stopped. I prob had the same as you.
