Rain rates down here have been between 0.15 and 0.25" per hour, just as a reference.

Changed over to sleet and rain (with a couple of flakes still) here. That may be about it for here, measured 0.8" of sleet/snow mix to go with the 1.7" of snow earlier, if I keep them separated. At least it's a solid layer that will hold up over the next few days with the cold, as long as it doesn't get washed away tonight (which it shouldn't). 32F here currently. Good luck everybody up north!

* WHAT...Heavy wet snow mixed with sleet. Additional snow
  accumulations of 1 to 3 inches.

* WHERE...Portions of central and southern New Jersey, southeast
  Pennsylvania, northeast Maryland and northern Delaware.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult. A mix of
  heavy wet snow and sleet may change to rain for a time late this
  evening. While the precipitation will end overnight before the
  Monday morning commute, hazardous conditions may still be
  occurring from the earlier heavy wet snow and sleet.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather
conditions will make travel very hazardous or impossible. If you
must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food and water in your
vehicle in case of an emergency.
