Parkville same. Nada. Really was sure this would start by 7. Pretty much an hour of expected snow is now out of the picture. Downing my expectations to 2 inches

Kind of makes sense heavier bands have better flakes. The lift in the heavier bands would be deeper and into the DGZ. Also, the upward motion may help locally cool the column and possible lower DGZ slightly.  Good stuff. We forecast for DCA and IAD, so I'll pop in during events.
