You are forecasting the total snowfall recorded (to the nearest tenth of an inch) at all four airports (BWI, DCA, IAD, RIC) that falls on February 19-21. Tiebreaker will be the total liquid precipitation (to the nearest hundredth of an inch) recorded at DCA for Wednesday, February 20 only (midnight to midnight).
