Slightly colder and definitely not north. yeah. Both waves are a mess. Has the better HP I was looking for though. Maybe too much of a good thing? MD Snow
Colder at the surface and mids on 18z gfs through hr 90. Might be a little south with precip shield.
peribonca
Confluence to the north is a bit stronger/souther and shoves the precip a bit South. Not a bad place to be at this time.

nj2va
Confluence was pushing further south over NE vs 12z so you could spot the further south solution taking shape. Ninja'd!

snjókoma
GFS has a little mixed precipitation on Sunday following the first storm... 1-2" for the Mason-Dixon folks, temperatures at or below freezing for the entirety of the area.

When I was young and called Howard and heard that, I'd be so heartbroken. ****ing traveler's advisory. Esp when you started at a winter storm watch. There were so many busts back in the day without models. Howard would tell us 8-12 8 hours before game time...then you call him 6 hours later...it was 1-3...and then it would be sunny at game time
