It’s trying to weaken the ****ing SE ridge while pushing a western based High Pressure lobe SE just a touch. We’d need the LP to track 200 miles SE which in this winter is like asking for a miracle. As soon as the storm moves out of the Rockies the whole jet just buckles and sends it right over Detroit. Have we seen this before? Hmmm. Recently? I can’t recal anything like that? Really not much snow on the ground once we got out of Oswego county. Hit some nice snow showers between Cicero and Mattydale. Was a bit surprised at how little the Binghamton area has.
