billerica/burlington line down to 22/24 so it's pushing slowly, not sure if makes it down to 128

It is into concord now too cross south of rt 2 there.

Intuitively it makes sense. At some point that boundary should align SW/NE and the surface low will track nearby. So the eastern end will stall while the western end keeps surging south.
