nw baltimore wx
@WEATHER53 It's earlier than you called but currently 18 in Pitt and 60 in Norfolk. My snow was pretty much destroyed last night. Still a little in the backyard that's shaded by the house, but mostly just the a few random piles.

Eskimo Joe
Theres usually one colossal forecast bust for the worse every winter. This seems to be it. From DCA to Boston this one was a total joke.

Cant wait for the cold, window -rattling wind to catch up to my partly-sunny and flash-freeze all the mud. Frozen mud, deep winter!

SilentTalkie
In Western Albemarle, the temperature jumped from 35 to 48 between 7am to 8am. Wind has started to pick up from the north with a couple gusts. Snow cover held on to a couple of the hills overnight, so hoping they can make it through the next few hours to keep things scenic into next week. nj2va
I was stuck at 32 all night. Front pushed through just after 6am. I’m down to 16 degrees with light snow. My anemometer is frozen so I’m not registering wind gusts right now. Hoping I don’t have a tree fall on the house with all this wind.

showmethesnow
Never really warmed up here in Hanover. Was 32.5 when I woke up around 4:30 and is only now hitting 36 and not to sure we will see much more of a temp rise. Skies are starting to clear so we have probably seen the initial push of cold from the west though the winds haven't really picked up yet.
nw baltimore wx
42 here and a few wind gusts have arrived.
