AppsRunner
Fgen in IA means business. AMW down to 1/4SM. Don't have a good view out the window to see accumulations though, but the Omaha area was picking up about 0.5-0.75"/hr.

hlcater
IC looks to be stuck in a localized band of subsidence for the next few hours. 3-4 if the HRRR is to be believed. This will probably shave an inch or two off my totals.

Stebo
This might be the coldest and driest I have ever seen freezing rain fall. Been in it for over an hour with a 26/14 temp/dew spread. We have a long long way from plain rain here locally.
Hoosier
The temperature climb has crawled to a snail's pace now as sfc winds have let up and precip has increased. Earlier, this was about the time I was thinking it would nudge above freezing but still at 32.

Hoosier
It'll be interesting to see how long that corridor around South Bend hangs on to freezing rain. Temps are still a couple degrees below freezing and the pressure gradient/sfc flow slackens for a while, so there is not much of a warm air pump at the surface.
