SnowGolfBro
I’m not convinced round two is going North. Mostly weenie radar watching but at some point it has to tilt N if it’s going N and i don’t see it

osfan24
Batch in WV is our last hope since this current batch is motoring. I'm alternating between a light and moderate snow shower and already have the lightest dusting. Even parts of the street have caved.

DSF
It's always interesting to see how the caving plays out. My sidewalk has whitened up but my neighbor's across the street is still just wet. (NE Baltimore)

09-10 analogy
Steady light-to-moderate snow. Nice way to refill our winter tankards. Cars cringing a bit but streets and sidewalks are saying "what cave, hoss?" As the kids might say, "Eye-spy an outperformer." And by that I mean anything more than an 1". 1.5" would get me to 15" for the season. Probably more than I've had the last two winters collectively. (I don't really keep track during winters that turn turtle.) This weekend looks doesn't look like much in terms of aggregate numbers, but Sunday could be one bumpy ride (to paraphrase Bette Davis, who was just cool as ****.). Heavy rain, some snow to round it off (maybe a legitimate amount), powerful winds and temperatures plummeting in a way that makes Victoria Falls look like a drip in a bathtub. mattie g
Haven’t measured yet, but our street went white about 30 minutes ago here in Burke. Will check in a bit, but probably just shy of 1”. Snow on snow is awesome, even if it’s going to be washed down the sewer in a few days.

WEATHER53
I can’t make this a forecast but just looking at the all day east movement and still almost due east. It’s like the high is asserting strong again and not allowing much northern move Nor west cut. Going to be interesting to see if that holds. It certainly is pretty when old snow gets a fresh Crest whitening strip laid upon it. That said, only cars in my neighborhood have caved so far. Roads and sidewalks hanging tough in the flurries. Kids are yelling at me. I promised at least a delay. Told them to get over it and get used to future snow disappointments.
