North Balti Zen
Glad for you all but this has been kinda a bitter end to things for those of us north. Maybe we can catch a break on the next one.

Not really for me in Balt city. Two sloppy inches that melted hella fast. I sure don’t count that as a jack. For Chill land to be at 11.4 and my part of Balt city at 5.2 is a crazy difference over a short span of land.

One thing I’ve learned about southern MD - we usually fumble the opening play but we know how to close! Glad southern md is cashing in. Subsidence is killing me across the Bay in Easton.

Fozz
Congrats to all the DC people... 8-12" is an amazing total and it seems pretty widespread south of I-70. Many of you haven't seen a big storm in years, so I hope you all enjoy this one.

It was good for November (just over 3" here), but the really good totals were further north and west. I guess there are just a few of us left in the subforum who haven't had a warning criteria storm yet. Hopefully that will soon change.

poolz1
Band is consolidating nicely over the western areas. Should be another hour or so of good snows out here before the pivot completes and heads east.

You might still get into this band as moves east. This afternoon has been something else. I was ready to call it at 5.3 inches. And be perfectly happy with that. And I am definitely over 8 now. Stormpc
We didn't finish very well here in eastern Prince William. Just came in from shoveling. Cold smoke this is not. Those hours of freezing drizzle and sleet made the snow compact like concrete. Only about 5 in on the paved driveway and walkway. The kind of snow that sticks to the shovel. Back-breaking actually. There was 7 inches on the vehicle and on elevated colder surfaces so my 7.25 looks about right. Very icy. 6.1 average ground depth. Nothing like the 10-12 many of you have. Congratulations!! Good stuff.
