CAPE
Mahomes effed up. When your D sucks, you cant score too fast. Teams that give up over 400 points in a season don't normally make it to the superbowl.

2010 extreme
Totality looks great. We lucked out on this one unlike Sept 2015 where clouds blocked most of the event.

NorthArlington101
Moon was cool. A lot of cold college students outside staring at the sky. Fun night. Other then the Pats winning. With them and Duke winning, how many times can America lose?

Fozz
Took the telescope out and got a very nice view during totality and when it went back to partial. Even though it was windy and 12 degrees, it was absolutely worth it.

nw baltimore wx
Hopefully this doesn't get lost in here in the banter thread, but a model question for those in the know. Are the gefs an ensemble of the old gfs, the new fv3, or are both incorporated? This has probably already been discussed somewhere and I don't remember reading it. GEFS are just the old GFS. The FV3 release is delayed and then the GEFS associated with the FV3 are far off from when it releases. That was what was shared previously. aldie 22
I certainly understand the concept of venting when things aren't going well...I know I've done it and I am positive that my posts are mostly disruptive when I put them in the Long range thread although my motives are primarily to call out some of the clowns who are moaning and groaning....but I know that is not productive and is most likely equally annoying as the moaners. I pledge that from now on I will only troll Ji in this here thread....
birdsofprey02
I know this is a bias question, but lots of people post twitter or links to forecasts or discussion from local media/tv Mets... sometimes I can’t tell if they’re added value or if posters are just mocking the Mets. with that said, which Baltimore/Washington tv/social media mets seem to have most credibility here, and which ones have the tendency to be the butt of a joke?
