snowfan
Also back to snow in Canaan, but man, that rain/fog/warmth did a number on their snowpack. They look to get 2-4/2-5 the next day or so on upslope.

nw baltimore wx
By the way, the new record for wettest 12 month period for BWI and DCA is February 1, 2018 - January 31, 2019. Last February was really wet (5.30" BWI, 4.79" DCA), so this might be the end of it, though March 2018 was drier than normal, so a big March this year might continue the record. If I didn't make a mistake (entirely possible), so far: BWI 73.86" DCA 68.44"

paulythegun
Folks,,,I’m here to tell you that in Davis, WV, in my cabin along the northwestern (up)slope of of some pathetic east coast mountain, it snows 90% of all winter hours including when the sky is almost 75% blue. All it takes is a cloud. A cloud makes snow, as long as it’s a tiny bit grey. It’s fantastic
