Radar echoes show the sleet/snow line nicely.  The SE low level upslope flow (arrow) into the Spine does seem to help keep the column cold enough for snow on the SE slope of the Spine.  The war between mid-level warming and low level flow continues.

We didn't get too much down here, I'm pretty sure the ice/snow/slush that's out there now will largely melt since the CAA won't really take hold until later.

And just like that, the inkling has arrived along with a 5* spike in temps in the last 5 minutes.

Went from calm wind to whistling winds in minutes; temp has spike 9* in 10 minutes.  Pretty neat.
