DomNH
Euro looks sleety too. I wonder if this is a 2-4 hour long scalping in NRN ORH County and the Monads.

If 2.17" RA on 21-22 plus the 49° on the 22nd could only chop our solid 12" down to 7", this event won't do much to the glacial 10" left after Friday's kitchen sink. I expect a net gain. dendrite
18z NAM was more marginal here a couple hours earlier than previous runs. GFS is still cold through 5-6z. I may actually get out there and clear the snow after midnight since I’ll be up anyway. I don’t feel like shoveling glop at 6am.

Snowblower in position and ready to go. I'll snowblow as late as possible or as soon as I see a mix starting. My old snowblower will just get hung up in glop. Want to get the driveway as close to bare so tomorrow's warmup will take care of anything before freezeup.

It even happens with 2m temps over 40° sometimes.
