It's burying the southern stream longer in the SW. It's probably wrong, but we'll see what the euro does.

CoastalWx
The GEFS didn’t clear things up much either. At least the airmass is decent to start.

Yea, the UKMET evolution just looks odd. It would be an inside runner and rain anyway which I’m sure no one wants
Greg
If this is all true what you guys are saying then I would at least expect the Euro by 1:00 in theory to tick further southeast a bit with the rest of the models than where it was at earlier this morning. TauntonBlizzard2013
EPS in the long range look pretty average at best... I honestly don’t think it’s a great look, but low skill that far out. I wouldn’t be surprised if this turns into a wake me up mid-late month deal and see where we are at. This storm at the end of the week isn’t a terribly good look for SNE at least. Maybe NNE can score

weathafella
Regarding 11-15. GEFS and eps are worlds apart though I guess we should wait for the 12z run to keep it comparable. GEPS looks more like GEFS vs eps.

Not according to this Michael Ventrice says Everytime I look at the Day 15 ECMWF EPS, it just keeps getting worse and worse for Winter lovers in the US. We are entering a period where the cold outlooks for Jaanuary keep getting pushed back in time. A forecaster's nightmare
