dryslot
Its a couple tics east of the 12z run, But its not going to make any big changes, But its a move in the right direction, What i'm taking from this is it looks to mature at the right time too. Greg
It appears that both the Euro and ICON end up in a very simliar position with the ICON at 959 MB and Euro at 974 MB over downeast Maine. Generally the track is simliar for both from Georgia/South Carolina border to New Jersey shore over Cape Cod.

weathafella
That’s a fairly sizable move from 12z. Another tick and we have a widespread big snow event.

Greg
Interesting. A couple or so more tics southeast and you may actually have something.
40/70 Benchmark
It actually looks to me like it still never phases earlier, but now it actually phases even later....which helps us by keeping it a bit more east.
SnoSki14
Euro OP says, "what incoming pattern change". Endless Pacific puke but hey at least the Jan 3/4 looks a little better so progress?
USCAPEWEATHERAF
6z GFS at 96 hours is a further improvement at H5 with the northern stream phasing in completely with the southern stream, might be a warmer solution this go around unless the track is towards the benchmark, which could still be the case right now. USCAPEWEATHERAF
GFS went tucked into the hugging the coastline this run, a little warmer for my liking, but at least 6" on the front end. Could be a lot stronger too in future runs.

CoastalWx
EPS keeps us looking at bliz 78 pics. Last two runs have beaten down some of the ridging it showed a few runs ago. It’s not terrible, but pretty meh.
