Final Rainfall amounts: 12/27: 1.02" 12/28: 4.17" Storm Total: 5.19" Notes: - 12/27 rainfall beat the daily record of 1.00", which was set in 1875 - 12/28 rainfall beat the daily record of 2.67", which was set in 1958 - 12/28 rainfall surpassed the December daily record of 2.90", which was set on December 29, 1901 - Storm total: Set a new December record (old 2-day record: 3.62", December 27-28, 1958; old 3-day record: 3.69", December 21-23, 2013) - December precipitation reached 10.56" (old monthly record: 9.16", 2009); December is the second monthly record that was set during 2018. - The December 2018 total is also the highest amount during meteorological winter (old record: 9.96", January 1998) - Annual precipitation reached 79.17" easily exceeding the old annual record of 75.22", which was set in 2013 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
