OceanStWx
Just flipped to wet aggregates in North Deering. That's a little earlier than forecast (I thought a brief flip in PWM was possible later tonight). HRRR noticeably colder now.

OceanStWx
Man, Dublin, NH getting pounded too down the higher elevation of Cheshire/Hillsborough. Should've expanded that advisory south.

MarkO
Looks like even elevated parts of N. Wor county (Ashburnham area) getting in on the goods. I didn't think any part of central/east MA was getting snow out of this one.
OceanStWx
I think I'm just over 5 miles from PWM, they're 36 and +RA and I'm on my way to 0.5" snow. I think it's time for a weather station.

Very heavy snow the digital thermometer I put outside shows 31.6 so the Davis is off. Okay got to get the generator going and bring in the electric cords to hook up everything. I think this is going to be a very long outage with me being up here in the hill kind of at the end of the line. I'll post the snow total a little later. Well that sucks, hope your power company knew it was coming, we did

powderfreak
The blocked southeasterly flow bodes well for the ski areas on the east side of the Spine tonight. This should be pretty solid for the upper east side elevations. Then it'll switch to NW flow tomorrow and flip around, ha. Amazing how much wind direction matters in the NNE mountains. Chittenden County on the west slopes getting downslope wave style gusty winds with little precip...BTV only 0.02" recorded so far. 0.24" at MVL so far on the ASOS, could be up to 0.4" over the ski resort corridor so far with the lift assist.
