Was not in town but apparently we started as snow up here with some IP. Never any liquid in the mix.

Just shoveled out a driveway with what was surprisingly not the heart attack snow I was expecting. Ratios really helped it stack early for a nice head start before the main show tonight.

Clearly though, the more intense trowel features seem progged to pass to our south overnight. Hope you guys get nailed with the good stuff down there.

Chicago's 6" or Greater November Snowstorms:

12.0", November 25-26, 1895
11.2", November 20-21, 2015
10.0", November 24-26, 1975
9.3", November 6-7, 1951
6.4", November 26-27, 1940
6.0", November 27-28, 1891

Daily Record Snowfall:
November 25: 5.0", 1895
November 26: 7.5", 1975

Hopefully, 2018 will wind up on the list of 6" or greater November snowstorms.

Also, as of 6:05 pm CST, Chicago had picked up 0.32" precipitation. That brings 2018's total to 44.59". 2018 currently ranks as Chicago's 10th wettest year on record.
