You may be getting a little deeper lift and cloud formation up into that more northerly 850mb layer now. idk what else to tell you. USCAPEWEATHERAF Posted November 22, 2018 Author Share Posted November 22, 2018 the band just east of Cape Cod is strengthening as 850mb to surface differential is around 31C, extreme instability is developing now as the sunsets leading to enhanced snowfall for the Cape and Nantucket tonight.
