You don't want to use the intellicast radar for ground truth. There are a lot of good radar sites, including the local nws site, though you might be in the area where the nws radar is down for repairs. DSF Posted November 15, 2018 Share Posted November 15, 2018 Harford County announced a delay. I teach in Balt City and have a field trip scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. A delay would be great, but a closure would actually be a bit of a hassle. (Plus it means losing President's Day.) I can't honestly say I'd root against it though.
