Bold call there sir Well it did happen last year (17/18)... and only missed IAD by 0.2" the year before (16/17)... I don't have complete snowfall data for Richmond so I wonder how often that really does happen- if I had to guess, it would be more likely in low snow total winters where its more subject to random variation. I have everyone's updates in the spreadsheet including @Cobalt latest newest final FINAL 5th update.
