Retrograding -NAO block continues to remain dominant enough to keep the polar vortex south into Northern New England. Means a lot of snow chances. My 10-16" forecast turned to 1.3" mush plus 2" cold rain, while the Rangeley-Greenville axis got 16-24" paste and mongo tree damage, some of which our loggers were able to salvage.
