USCAPEWEATHERAF
Scott, Will, Dendrite, anyone, can you explain the feature that is allowing the OES streets of clouds to rotate from NE to SW across the waters south of Maine coast? They are rotating from NE to SW or from right to left and southward, looks like it will push bands onshore of the Cape and Nantucket later this early afternoon? At least for SNE, I think we snooze until after then when things reshuffle. Still....anything can pop, so I wouldn't exactly say no chance. Just don't expect a blitz. After it got delivered he was all upset when he opened it up. He actually thought he was going to be getting chicken feet instead of breaded pieces of white meat. Nino Decembers are highly dependent on blocking, so this outcome isn't surprising if it goes away. Maybe everyone will be waiting until February or at least January before things get going.
