CoastalWx
I'm hoping that second event will trend better. That did look more interesting on the overnight guidance. It looks too mild for a lot of SNE as Will said for the first one.

Yeah the second one has potential to blow up a little into a sneaky advisory event if things break right. But obviously keep expectations tempered for now could be nothing First one hopefully can go one more tick colder...that would at least give places like ORH a good shot at 2-3". CoastalWx
6z GFS is even colder than the euro for T-Day. Coldest Holiday of the season?

Yeah I-90 north in the higher el cxuld see some if it ticks colder. Anyways, nice to even talk about this in mid Novie. jbenedet
I think Tuesday has the look of a (surprise) significant snow potential. Flow is slow—looks Miller B-esque. Cyclogenesis begin south of LI —just need to see more blocking on guidance which looks easily attainable given -NAO/-AO.

LurkerBoy
Looks like we could be a top 5 coldest Thanksgiving ever with the current modeling. Moderation thereafter definitely being shown, but it's nothing too crazy. I'm liking the evolution of this winter.
