Looks like RDU will end up just above at 33 or 34, but all the normally colder locations got to freezing. Just spot checking but Roxboro, Sanford, Oxford, and Pinehurst all got to or below freezing. Yesterday while driving down Skyline drive it was 33 at 1 PM at the Skyland dining area. With the wind whipping it felt like 20. Man it was cold there.
