Right? Lol. Pretty pathetic. If you really want to see a gas station literally get shredded, YouTube “Hurricane Charley intense eyeball winds” one of the most impressive videos I’ve ever seen.

This blows the Charley video out of the water. (No pun intended). Hands down the worst eyewall footage I’ve ever seen.

Has anyone ever seen snow and a tornado in one day? That happened today here. Didn’t think it was possible.

Not personally, but it has happened.  A famous case happened in November 1911.  Not to mention actual snow tornadoes.

Came home to a blown down fence yesterday, dogs got loose, and we lost power for 13 hours. Rough day in Kankakee county but was fun to watch that front blow through. Today is a new day.. power is on, dogs are safe, and Bears are going to beat the Pats. Go Bears!

Brrrr we dropped down to 22 this morning. I just read a tweet that Anchorage, AK has broken 14 record highs since September 1st, holy cow.

Yeah...and their October temp departure to date is +10.4. Even more impressive is that the lowest temp so far in October is 38. That is crazy.

If this type of pattern can take hold for awhile during winter, we’ll be in good shape.

Followed by what looks to be a... fun time in early November

Yeah it should get more active.  Almost has to.  That late month storm is looking more like an east coast deal but it would be nice to phase that earlier and get it farther west.  That is one helluva storm for somebody if it phases properly.

Wow warmer than down here. High was 53° after a low in the 20s almost everywhere except 30° at DTW. Clear blue sky. With this being the 2nd official freeze at Detroit, with more in outlying areas, the growing season is most certainly done, after we were suffering in heat less than 2 weeks ago lol

Beautiful day on tap... high of 52 forecasted. All traces of snow left will melt.

caught this cute moment this morning.
