Winds are really picking up here and I’ve lost several shingles from my roof. Water is rising. If I said I wasn’t nervous, I’d be lying. #HurricanceFlorence #Florence

kvegas-wx
Water is coming over the wall in Little Washington. Rolling over the sidewalk and slowly into the street. High tide will put another foot or so into the downtown area later tonight. So any other surge on top of what is there will ultimately determine if downtown floods again or not. Several water front houses down river towards the sound already have water at their doors. Gonna be a nailbiter.
