CIK62
RWTT still has the next 90 days at a solid +2 nationwide, with one break around here in mid-Oct. That should be wiped out with a record heat at the tail-end of Oct. We'll have to see if in the wake of Florence a psuedo negative NAO is created for a while. Big drop off in T about the 21st., which the RWTT does not have. Otherwise heights are AN for the next 15 days, at their lowest.

gravitylover
Yeah I much prefer keeping the windows open in the car but unless you're moving at a decent clip it's so unpleasant that AC is still necessary. Disturbing...

Disturbing... Funny you bring that up. I actually had the windows up with no AC on yesterday driving on 287 because of the noise. A lot of times I go without AC when driving, unless I have passengers This weather for me, and probably like 3 other posters, is great.

IrishRob17
If the amount of deer excrement in ones yard is an indicator of a harsh winter then I’m going get buried this season. Unbelievable
gravitylover
Yeah the trails have been carpeted in it too. I think the excessive moisture and attendant high yields of good food have been 'good' for them, it doesn't help (hurt?) that the deer population has exploded. the_other_guy
Anyone else noticing the opposite effect of too much rain on trees? Leaves that were lush a month ago are browing. Trees that were full are thinning...I could now see the street down the hill. I believe We’ve had too much rain and not enough sun
gravitylover
But as the sun came back out the last few days my lawn exploded! Everything here has greened back up but fall is definitely starting to take hold as there is color in the trees and leaves on the ground.
CIK62
Anyone noticing that Great Britain, Ireland, and Scotland area are about to have about 4 ocean storms muscle in on them in the next week?
